* Base Pay Range: $5,688.80 - $9,285.47 per month, based on experience

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Guides and directs the continuum of care from referral through post-procedure one-year follow-up appointments as needed. Receives incoming internal and external referrals responding quickly in order to assure rapid access to the system. Coordination of provider, patient, and operating room schedules. Develops and implements evidence-based protocols for the care of electrophysiology patients. Develops and implements the educational material and support processes needed by the patient and family. Ensures patients and families receive appropriate educational counseling.

Identifies and drives process improvement initiatives necessary to achieve top-quartile clinical and operational outcomes. Oversight and responsibility of all program maintenance, education, registry, regulatory, and reporting requirements. Actively participates in the registries to ensure that data is reported accurately and appropriately. Uses the registries to guide strategies of care and drive outcomes. Speaking and presenting programmatic, educational, and outcomes data to various audiences while working closely with marketing, public relations, and network development to grow the program. Uses data and information to build strategic plans and roadmaps to achieve programmatic goals and objectives. May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in health sciences, nursing, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.

Three (3) years of clinical experience in emergency, cardiology, cardiac catherization lab, or a related area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
