Get to Know Your Team:

• Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

• This position serves as an on-site administrative representative.
• They will facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff and regulatory agencies.
• This person routinely rounds through hospital departments, coordinating human resources necessary for hospital functioning and patient care.
• They will enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from administrator on-call.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of education to obtain Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Two (2) years successful leadership experience preferred
• Minimum two (2) years' experience within acute care setting required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with Texas Board of Nursing - OR - current home state license is required for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact
• Required to complete the education necessary to obtain my BSN degree within four (4) years of my date of hire with Seton Medical Center Harker Heights
• ACLS, PALS, NRP must be obtained with six months of hire
