Position Summary The primary role of the Business Process Analyst, Associate is to support the implementation and continuous improvement of PG&E's Safety Excellence Management System (PSEMS). This position is a key strategic partner and business liaison, ensuring that safety protocols and processes are effectively integrated into business operations. The Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating safety-related business requirements into detailed specifications and functional solutions. This includes conducting feasibility analyses, defining project scope, and recommending alternative solutions, project strategies, and prioritizing deliverables. The Analyst will work closely with business units to understand their safety needs, validate solutions, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Job Responsibilities

This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.The actual hourly rate paid to an individualwill be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications,experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related to these factors.
