Requisition ID# 163200 Job Category: Accounting / Finance Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Finance Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Department Overview The Capital Markets team within Treasury executes financing transactions in support of PG&E's capital and liquidity requirements; assists the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer in managing the company's relationships with the financial community (banks, credit rating agencies, etc.) and regulators; and services the company's debt instruments. Treasury's goal is to achieve high performance through financial innovation, technical expertise, strategic capabilities, market insight and strategic positioning with key stakeholders, and to develop employees' full potential in leadership and technical skills. Position Summary Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, the Treasury Expert Analyst will provide analytic and transaction support for the securitization portfolio as well as project manage all future securitization transactions from the time of regulatory approval through issuance. Typical projects may include spreadsheet modeling of the cost-effectiveness of various financing alternatives, analyzing new securitization transactions, preparing presentations to senior management and credit rating agencies, responding to investor questions, SEC and Trustee reporting, maintain debt compliance, administration, and reporting, and providing ad-hoc analysis. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors. This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
