Requirements: To be successful in this position, you should have 3+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing facility, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Job Duties: As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair or adjust any equipment the company uses, ensuring optimal functionality. Your role will also include fabricating parts using metal, plastic, or wood to support the company's needs. Additionally, you will monitor and service various plant support equipment, such as the boiler, waste neutralization systems, air compressors, and water processing systems, while maintaining production equipment as required. Collaborating with the Plant Engineer, you will assist in laying out and purchasing new capital assets.
