Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineerto join our teamPhiladelphia, PA.

The Ideal candidate will have experience a Program Manager with a strong background in managing Federal Government programs. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader capable of overseeing complex projects and leading teams towards achieving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implementproven high-tech solutions to increase security and defend against hacking, malware and ransomware, insider threats, and other types of cybercrimes.
• Overseemonitoring of computer networks, identifysecurity issues, and anticipatesecurity breaches.
• Executethe installation and maintenance of security programs, plans, and software, including firewalls and data encryption programs.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• ActiveSecretClearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ year's experience with Navy systems
• 2+ years' experience with a demonstrated knowledge of NAVSEAINST 9400.2-M, NIST SP 800-53, and DODI 8500.01
• 2+ years' experiencemanaging projects for DoD customers
• 1+year of experience implementing the RMF process on industrial controls systems.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving deliverables on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience withmechanical/electrical system design, installation, modification, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of Aircraft Carrier equipment or systems
