Remote candidates welcome or primary location in Alexandria, VA.
Manage entire life cycle of domestic 6-month and 1-day QTP workshops including:develop, document, and implement optimizedstandardsand precedentsfor staff, faculty, coaches, and participantsto deliver a streamlined user experience while maximizing ROI for both ASCO and participants.
Manage meeting planning process includingspace, supplies, logistics, budget compliance, and coordination with participants, faculty, coaches, and host sitesif needed.
Manage interdisciplinary teams for special projects (e.g. workload, timeline, staff training, deliverables, and follow-up).
Required Education and Experience
4 - 5 years of experience in nursing, pharmacy or practice administration,coordination, and reporting
PreferredEducation and Experience
Superb analytical skills and ability to think things through, anticipate solutions and next steps, and see the bigger picture, while offering fresh ideas
