Description
This position is responsible for managing the Cash Vault operations and transaction activity to support service goals while demonstrating positive leadership behaviors through team motivation and development while leading by example. This includes directing department activity to meet goals for servicing, production and work quality. Manages and trains all personnel in the vault. Is responsible for monitoring, balancing, and auditing off-site vault locations. Responsibilities also include Cash Vault Specialist scheduling, maintaining an audit compliant department, and monitoring regulatory issues. Directs the supply of currency and coin to all branches and correspondent banks. Analyzes cash volumes by denomination required for on-site and off-site vault locations, as well as all ATM sites. Processes customer transactions, answers customer inquiries regarding deposits or change orders, performs maintenance of customer information in deposit processing system, and prepares analysis and reconciliation of customer and vault activity. Manages the evaluation of surplus cash held in branch vaults. Essential Functions Service:

Pay Range: $25.45 - $38.19 per hour The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
