HR Business Partner, Lead

Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Lead Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) as part of the Human Resources team. The Lead Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to guide leaders towards effective working relationships and organizational success. The Lead HR Business Partner will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The Laboratory work week is a 9/80's schedule with every other Friday off.

The Lead Human Resources Business Partner is part of the HR team. You will lead other HRBPs, and the HR Solution Center by delivering the full scope of progressive HR consulting services, working in conjunction with the HR team, including Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR Information Systems.
