The typical schedule for this position is 8-hour shift, 5 days per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Teach In new product as it comes into the warehouse and ensure it is going to the correct area.
• Fix pallets as they come into the hospital for various reasons including but not limited to: wrap and quantity issues, or quality issue with the possible need to transfer product to new pallet using a fork lift, fork clamp, or hand stacking.
• Ensure product being received is of acceptable standards.
• Call down product from pallets to the hospital for date checks, receiving error checks, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity through a process of research, cycle counting, accounting and, disposition.
• Count locations in the cooler/freezer and cigarette departments on a daily basis.
• Various other inventory related tasks will be part of the daily job such as transferring product, pulling product to be shipped back to vendors, and general cycle counts.
• Must have an understanding of Windows OS functions, ability to operate multiple dialogs at once and have great attention to detail.
• Additional duties and/or special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Have strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
