This Sales Executive position is remote and must be based in Florida or Georgia.

We seek an experienced sales professional to manage a sales territory focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of selling, territory management and portfolio growth.

For assigned product lines, the Sales Executive will develop an in-depth understanding of the following:



  • All product functions and implications on patient care, work efficiencies and customer value.
  • Competitors product offerings
  • All related customer needs and product value Sales process


In this role you will:



  • Develop sales through broad based activities that include but are not limited to the following: account qualification, aligning products to customer workflow & technical requirements, product demonstration, quoting, closing.
  • Perform account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas.
  • Leverage hospital network and various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities.
  • Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders to determine the needs to best position the Draeger solution.
  • Persuade key stakeholders at account to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
  • Offer new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with channel/distribution partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics.
  • Drive contract compliance and standardization opportunities.
  • Maintain communication with the appropriate area team members, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing personnel to share competitive information, account information, market conditions, customer issues and to coordinate Draeger Medical resources to the customer.
  • Maintain all customer information as it relates to sales activity, including but not limited to: prospecting, qualification, funnel management and forecasting within a designated territory utilizing Dynamics 365 (CRM).
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Your Qualifications

Education:

BS/BA degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Related experience:



  • At least three years of Hospital sales experience; Clinical sales or applications experience with product a plus.
  • Experience in a strategic and and complex selling environment preferred (Consumables-Hospital sales, distributor sales).


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers in Peri-op, ICU and NICU.
  • Customer focused selling and closing.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e. - Peri-op, Respiratory, NICU).
  • Completion of a formal sales training program.
  • Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process.
  • Experience collaborating with distribution channel partners.
  • CRM experience, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Outstanding data and analytical skills.
