Weston Solution is seeking a Client Sector Leader. This Sector Leader will have a proven track record of successful project delivery across the broad spectrum of Navy & Marine Corps operations and related design, construction, renovation service while maintaining safe and environmentally sustainable operations. Our mission is to serve the Navy & Marine Corps at their shore facilities worldwide. The Navy Sector Lead will identify and drive business development efforts in areas where Weston can achieve our market share growth expectations. The individual will have experience and relationships at various levels within the Department of the Navy, particularly the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) and the Chief Naval Installations Command (CNIC) necessary to obtain work across all programs that support the Navy and Marine Corps Installation Shore facilities. They will have a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, and develop strategies and tactics to drive Account Team and deliver contract captures across sectors to drive expected profitable sales growth and market share leadership.

Location: CONUS. Preferably within the Geography of a NAVFAC Command Center

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • BS plus 15 years' experience, including a full understanding of Navy organizational structure, familiarity with the operation of the 5 Major NAVFAC Divisions and appropriate intersections with Westons current and future capabilities across their worldwide footprint in those programs.
  • Experience in all technical aspects of Engineering, construction, public works and environmental program execution.
  • Experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager and/orBusiness DevelopmentManager for Navy and other DOD customers
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with Navy & Marine Corps shore facility operational requirements, priorities and programs and what the future opportunities and funding streams for markets for Weston can and will be.
  • Knowledge of the community of DOD contractors that may be competitors or teaming partners in the pursuit of the work being purchased by the client
  • Proven ability to lead teams and operate effectively in a Matrix Organization to align priorities, resources, sales and execution teams across the organization.
  • Recognized as a leader in the business by the client's key decision makers, peers and independent organizations within the industry.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Develop and maintain strong client, vendor, and partner relationships.
  • Effectively markets and sells Weston capabilities to the various Navy Client organizations.
  • Understands and communicates clients emerging needs, budgets and upcoming projects.
  • Initiates captures and with the assigned CAM/PGM and Technical leaders and develops winning approaches for specific contracts and projects.
  • Identifies, develops client targets, and ensures achievement of sales growth goals developed for each Navy Client organization.
  • Forecasts client needs and communicates those to the Company to ensure we are prepared to respond to them.
  • Identifies and communicates resource needs and gaps in technical and management capabilities that are/will be needed to be successful.
  • Communicates frequently with leadership on growth strategies, tactics, progress, opportunities, challenges, and priorities through structured routine meetings. Ensures actions are completed.
  • Develops marketing and branding plans and works with S&D to implement those efforts.
  • Participates in and leads industry organizations related to the market and identifies and participates in client meetings and presentations to enhance and solidify our Brand in the market.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: 171,585 - 227,653 - 283,823
