The Courier Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the operational success of the consolidated courier department. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Achieves system and departmental goals and objectives. Develops a highly motivated team that works efficiently and effectively in providing services to all internal and external customers. Provides on-site guidance to ensure all courier service needs are met. Analyzes processes and recommends changes as needed. Evaluates new business needs and assists in developing plans for operationalizing these needs. Minimum Qualifications
