Lab Services Specialist - Moreland Family Medicine Clinic Location: Moreland Family Medicine Clinic, Waukesha, WI Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Join ProHealth Medical Group as a Lab Services Specialist! ProHealth Medical Group is seeking a Lab Services Specialist to join our Moreland Family Medicine Clinic. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient and accurate laboratory operations while providing high-quality support to patients and providers. What You'll Do: Perform specimen collection, processing, and testing following established protocols Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory safety standards Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient care Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Why Join ProHealth? What You Will Do: Draw/obtain blood specimens from clinic patients by mean of venipuncture or capillary collection according policies and procedures. Instructs patients for non-blood specimen collections. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of a formal phlebotomy program at a technical training school or equivalent experience (2 years in a clinical lab environment).
