GENERAL FUNCTION As a Market Manager you will act as an ambassador for Oakley with the aim to educate and push the boundaries of what is possible through elevating performance of the stores within a given Market. As a business leader within Oakley Retail, you will support the Market to succeed on all key objectives and will lead the team to exceptional business performance through customer experience, talent management and development, and execute flawless retail operations and brand standards. Pay Range: 60,282.77-101,776.64 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
