Job Title: Project Program Manager

Location(s): Seattle, WA

The ideal candidate is ready and willing to learn and dive into any task thrown their way. They will be a highly organized self-starter with the ability to build effective partnerships, develop and implement processes and drive cross-functional team alignment with across our XCM teams including; Portfolio and Insight, Campaign Management, Creative, Production, Operations and MODE.

Their work will help XCM AI meet our goal of leveraging AI to enhance our organization's unique strengths of vision, judgement, taste, and decision-making - complementing and amplifying their work, pushing the boundaries of creativity and storytelling, and setting new standards for marketing excellence and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Working with XCM AI's Operations Lead on delivering key workstreams; including day-to-day project management, data analysis and reporting
  • Working with other members of the XCM AI team - Creative and Tech - to coordinate resources and project statuses
  • Building strong working partnerships with the broader XCM team, helping them identify opportunities for AI integrations, evaluating their potential and helping manage the building and implementation of solutions
  • Creating a knowledge repository of AI best practices; ranging from simple glossaries and explainers, through to a library of cross-client resources and bespoke XCM tools and approaches
  • Developing and implementing an organization wide training program, designed to inform and upskill participants in utilizing AI effectively
  • Producing regular newsletters on the latest developments in AI technologies and their application
  • Connecting with external agencies and broader clinet marketing teams to better understand opportunities to collaborate and share learnings


Basic qualifications


  • 5+ years of integrated consumer marketing brand, campaign, creative program / project management or similar experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing teams


Preferred qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with AI technologies
  • Excellent understanding of consumer brand advertising strategies, especially in the digital and high-technology space
  • Exceptional project management and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong ability to interact, communicate, present and influence within multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and ambiguity is expected
  • Proficient with Excel and MS Word
