Advantage Resourcing has a temp-to-hire opportunity for you as a Legal Secretary at a local law firm located in New Orleans, LA. Schedule | 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Pay | $21/hr.

Requirements | Must have four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support by transcribing dictation, typing, proofreading, and redlining documents. Manage attorney calendars, file documents in various courts, and organize both electronic and paper files. Handle client file openings, attorney time entry, billing edits, check requests, and expense reports. Utilize Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems efficiently. Possess strong legal terminology knowledge and understanding of standard legal procedures, along with excellent verbal and technical skills to support daily operations.
