Job Description

The Senior Consultant, Legal Administration Services position performs various assigned tasks related to client engagements. The Senior Consultant communicates with team members, vendors, and clients, and performs various project management and data analysis functions. As the Senior Consultant assumes and demonstrates the ability to perform greater levels of responsibility, work assignments of increasing difficulty and complexity are assigned. The position may supervise the work of Staff and Intern Consultants, as needed.

Our Legal Administration Services practice provides comprehensive end-to-end class action, mass arbitration, and mass tort administration and notice services in connection with lawsuits and settlement programs pending throughout the United States.

Our highly experienced professionals take a multidisciplinary approach to settlement administration projects, leveraging proprietary technology to manage each litigation program from start to finish. Whether the project involves the administration of a class action, mass arbitration, or mass tort, ranging in size from hundreds to millions of claimants, our team has the experience and scalability to deliver effective claims resolution services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Ensure consistent communication with vendors, users, clients, and colleagues on various topics.

  • Support project planning and documentation by gathering requirements.

  • Participate in assigned engagements and provide oversight (under supervision), ensuring timely self-review of work products.

  • Complete tasks efficiently and on time, meeting production expectations within budget constraints.

  • Maintain documentation of procedures, findings, and client correspondence with effective writing skills.

  • Assist team members in conceptualizing and developing new or existing digital content.

  • Adhere to quality control standards and confidentiality requirements, ensuring compliance with firm protocols.

  • Comply with professional and firm requirements, including time entry and employee handbook guidelines.

  • Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors and proactively seek guidance when needed.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and perform tasks with professionalism and integrity.

  • Develop proficiency in firm software, training materials, and presentations while exhibiting adaptability and leadership skills.

Other Considerations:
  • Able to periodically work overtime and weekends to meet project or client needs.

  • Able to periodically travel and work from different company and client locations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in fields related to Business, Information Systems and Decision Sciences, Data/Computer Science, Marketing/Communications, or an approved related field is required.

    Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
    • 3 or more years of work experience, preferably in consulting, business advisory services or project management services preferred.

    • Possess a capacity for quickly understanding new concepts, workflows, and systems.

    • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals.

    • Demonstrate a positive attitude and proactive nature.

    • Critical thinking skill capabilities are essential.

    • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

    • Able to work in a highly organized manner within a fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with teams.

    • Computer literate with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (specifically Excel, and Word, Outlook).
