Position Responsibilities


  • Conduct reviews of various processes performed by internal staff and 3rd party resources to ensure adherence to policy, procedures and regulation

  • Monitor phone calls made by vendors for compliance

  • Prepare and present reports related to findings

  • Collaborate with manager or vendor on any process enhancements needed as a result of quality control results

  • Provides feedback using qualitative and quantitative measures

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of policies and procedures for the department

  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Education & Experience


  • College degree in business administration or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service


Technical Knowledge and Skills


  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team under deadlines

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter, takes direction well

  • Adept at multi-tasking and work prioritization; thrives in an environment of rapid change

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


Working Arrangements


  • This is a hybrid role expected to work in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You will be able to work remotely on Wednesday.


Compensation:


  • Base Salary Range: $42,819 - $50,000 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.

  • Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
