Sales Enablement Manager

Description

PURPOSE

This role is critical in driving efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic support for the company's sales organization. The successful candidate will focus on streamlining processes, analyzing sales performance metrics, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and insights needed to achieve revenue goals.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Data Analysis and Reporting:



  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and consult CRO.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the sales team.
  • Manage sales management calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Create and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports as needed


Sales Process Optimization:



  • Provide administrative support for the existing sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of tools such as HubSpot and Deal Hub.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize workflows associated with company's CRM resources.
  • Provide support for strategic initiatives, such as pricing and margin analysis, market research, and new product launches.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve the sales cycle.
  • Manage inbound sales leads to ensure opportunities are properly routed to the correct sales professional.
  • Track inbound lead results and report findings to management.
  • Train and support sales team on implementing and maintaining effective campaign sequences.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations by assisting with the redline process, track changes, and work in conjunction with company's attorney and CFO to ensure the entire process is successful and efficient for all parties.


CRM Management and Data Integrity:



  • Maintain and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system - e.g., correct duplicate company records, resolve product code issues, and ensure price book is accurate at all times.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in the CRM and other sales tools.
  • Train and support the sales team on CRM best practices and usage.


Forecasting and Planning:



  • Support the development of accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales team and CRO to develop revenue forecasts.
  • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and resource allocation.


Strategic Coordination:



  • Assist in tracking, prioritizing, and managing key strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights that support the CRO's objectives.


Communication Management:



  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems for managing information and workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.



PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related fields.
  • Strong financial acumen including budget planning and P&L management.
  • Five years of proven experience managing complex sales operations.
  • Must be driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of urgency, have a positive can-do attitude and be resourceful.
  • Successful history of driving progress with cross functional teams.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, experience with HubSpot CRM an advantage.
  • Growth mindset utilizing data and analytical skills to drive effective decision making.
  • Strong execution focus with ownership of KPI's.
  • A passion to ensure a superb customer experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers, partners, and customers.
  • Organized, methodical, execution focused with creativity and high integrity.
  • Reside in Birmingham area, with the ability to work daily at company's HQ.
