Staffmark has partnered with a leading food manufacturing company in Blue Ash, OH, seeking a Quality Control Worker to join their team. Schedule | 6am-3pm/finish & 6:30am-3:30pm/finish (must be willing to work 6-7 days a week during peak season).

Pay | $18/hr.

Quality Control Worker responsibilities include providing strategies to maintain consistent and high-quality products while handling food safety issues and making key decisions. Conduct raw material analysis, monitor ingredient storage, and ensure proper rotation and usage. Perform trace/recall processes as needed and conduct scheduled audits to ensure compliance with quality programs and policies. Manage allergen control through training and segregation to prevent cross-contamination. Support continuous improvement initiatives, assist in budget management, and complete sensory evaluations of raw materials and finished products. Qualified candidates must have 1 year of QC inspection of food products (military meals, baby food, food for food tubes, etc), data entry experience preferred.
