Delivering a transformation of this scale requires hands-on coordination of workflow design, system readiness, and milestone tracking. Reporting to the Program Director - LYB Operating Model Transformation, the R2R/P2P Track Project Lead is responsible for bridging strategic objectives with tactical execution, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring key milestones are met to deliver measurable outcomes. To achieve this, the Track Project Lead works closely with Platform Process Owners (PPOs) to align execution efforts with strategic priorities and maintain consistency across end-to-end workflows.This role focuses on aligning Record-to-Report and Plan-to-Perform workflows with SAP S/4HANA capabilities to drive operational efficiency, enhance financial planning and reporting, and optimize decision-making. Key activities the R2R/P2P Track Project Lead will directly lead and/or support include designing and validating financial reporting and planning workflows, managing system testing for compliance and operational readiness, and monitoring performance metrics such as reporting timeliness, planning accuracy, and cost efficiency. This role ensures that workflows align with LYBOM's broader vision for a streamlined and scalable operating model. Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Competencies: To succeed in this role, the Track Project Lead for Record to Report (R2R)/Plan to Perform (P2P) will need to demonstrate strong process execution capabilities, effective collaboration skills, and an ability to navigate financial reporting and planning workflows within complex systems. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, operational oversight, and stakeholder management to deliver measurable outcomes that align with LYBOM's transformation goals. Qualifications:
