Responsibilities

    Responsible for full life cycle recruitment process including: sourcing candidates via web and referrals, conducting phone interviews, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews with clients, negotiating rates, extending offers or Letters of Intent, processing new hire paperwork and creating and posting requisitions
  • Consult with Director of Human Resources to create long-range goals specific to the needs of the organization
  • Analyze current and approaching workforce requirements, compensation issues, succession plans, and employee development to identify and implement a proactive recruiting strategy that aligns with operational strategy
  • Contribute to bid and proposal efforts, by attending proposal meetings to actively contributing to proposal development and identifying potential challenges
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of business plans and the impact on proposal recruiting needs, including timing of awards, program structure, and staffing needs and share these plans routinely with the Director of Human Resources
  • Work to develop and execute incumbent capture strategies and follow a consistent approach and concept of operations for incumbent captures, including interacting with candidates
  • Assist in the development of transition plans for new awards
  • Lead the company's recruiting efforts by deploying compliant, scalable and repeatable recruiting processes with focused metrics and accountability
  • Assure legal compliance with federal hiring regulations in regard to all talent acquisition initiatives and related programs
  • Provide personnel with the appropriate knowledge, skills, abilities and work experience to accomplish the task as outlined in the Statement of Work
  • Participate in industry conferences, recruiting, and networking events
  • Perform other duties in support of the human resources team
  • Provide training and mentoring as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
  • 7+ years experience in recruiting
  • Familiarity with iCIMS required
  • Strong understanding of human capital management, talent acquisition, and leadership principles
  • Working knowledge of the FAR and OFCCP compliance
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • US Navy or government contracting experience strongly preferred
