Ensures that all work is performed in a safe and productive manner and in accordance with the quality standards of both the customer and D&Z; serves as the principal contact to the customer for day-to-day operational issues and business development opportunities. The Site Lead / Manager effectively manages relationships with local labor officials and/or client key stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining internal and external industry knowledge and best practices through continuous learning and development. Principal Accountabilities:

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $96,000 - 210,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
