Our Human Resources group is looking for a Sr. Manager, HR Programs and Operations to join our journey. As a critical member of the Office of the Chief People Officer, this high-visibility role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with HR Leadership at Cognizant. You will be responsible for budget reporting and the annual planning process, developing and maintaining an HR program portfolio - including priority KPIs, tracking and reporting, and managing critical and high-profile projects, all of which play a key role in optimizing the Office of the Chief People Officer. This role reports to the AVP, Human Resources Strategy and Transformation at Cognizant. The Office of the Chief People Officer team optimizes HR's impact by driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and execution of high priority initiatives. Our team partners closely with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) to ensure a strong meeting and governance structure, ensuring the right forums are in place to drive HR's strategic priorities forward. Apply now. Responsibilities * Own and manage all budget reporting and annual planning processes, including organization of each HR area's budgeting reports and line items. Present data, narratives, and feedback on budgetary requirements in partnership with FP&A. Form a quarterly review and partnership with each owner and FP&A * Design and implement a standardized HR program framework to ensure all HR strategic initiatives and projects are effectively tracked, monitored and reported. Create discipline and maturity in prioritized KPI tracking and reporting. * Ensure the seamless operation of the Office of the CPO by developing an operating cadence to ensure HR priorities are executed efficiently. * Design, structure, and manage internal HR meetings to drive team engagement, foster meaningful connections, while highlighting HR initiatives and key outcomes * Develop board and Executive Committee materials and presentations that share the outcomes of HR's talent strategy * Manage critical priority programs, projects, and initiatives aligned to the CPO's strategic vision * Ability to manage fast-moving priorities, urgent requests, and dynamic problem solving in real time Qualifications

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
