Job Details: Shift \| 4 AM start time Pay \| $23.50 - $28.00/hr. $2000 sign-on bonus potential Maintenance Mechanic essential tasks: This role involves mechanical repairs, facility maintenance, and construction projects, including plumbing, process piping, HVAC, and structural repairs. Responsibilities include welding, fabrication, and maintaining a clean work area while following all safety procedures. The position requires working in hot, dusty environments, and some outdoor work in varying conditions. A valid VA driver's license is required, and additional tasks may be assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred with prior industrial maintenance experience required. Ability to tear down, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical assemblies. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, welding (GMAW, SMAW), and fabrication. Fundamental machining skills, math proficiency, reading comprehension, and computer literacy. Familiarity with hand and power tools, industrial safety principles, and must supply basic hand tools.
