Job Details:

Shift | 4 AM start time

Pay | $23.50 - $28.00/hr.

$2000 sign-on bonus potential

Maintenance Mechanic essential tasks:

This role involves mechanical repairs, facility maintenance, and construction projects, including plumbing, process piping, HVAC, and structural repairs. Responsibilities include welding, fabrication, and maintaining a clean work area while following all safety procedures. The position requires working in hot, dusty environments, and some outdoor work in varying conditions. A valid VA driver's license is required, and additional tasks may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED preferred with prior industrial maintenance experience required.
  • Ability to tear down, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical assemblies.
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, welding (GMAW, SMAW), and fabrication.
  • Fundamental machining skills, math proficiency, reading comprehension, and computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, industrial safety principles, and must supply basic hand tools.
