We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to serve as an expert advisor and consultant to the Program Operations Director of the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office for the coordination and performance of operational and administrative tasks associated with proponent areas, to include program planning, prioritization, management.

Responsibilities

  • Defines, establishes, and directs organizational focus on complex programs.
  • Coordinates across Project Office Directorates to ensure requirements are being met, to include coordination with Product Office leads to implement strategies to meet Project Office leadership initiatives.
  • Ensures that the Program Operations Director's guidance is met in the most complete, realistic, and logical manner.
  • Ensures that those principles, procedures, and processes that foster teamwork for quality mission performance and quality products and services are adhered to by the organization and that the cost for such quality is equitable and reasonable.
  • Manages the coordination of IFMC conferences, ceremonies, and events. Facilitates communication across the IFMC Organization.
  • Coordinates with PEO and HQDA staff.
  • Helps maintain a working repository database of information pertaining to IFMC operations in order to support prompt analyses

Required

  • MA or MS Degree
  • 10 years of program operations analysis experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting an Army Project Management Office
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant applications
  • Must have an in-scope Secret security clearance

Desired

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II or better Certification in Acquisition, Financial management, Contract Management, or Engineering
  • Certification and experience in utilizing recognized process improvements methodologies such as ISO 9001, CMMI, or an equivalent program
