* Direct and distribute production workload * Plan product flow * MS or BS in relevant field
* 5+ years' experience * Experience in crystal/optical/semiconductor manufacturing industry * Ability to plan and execute in a specific product oriented industrial environment * Team building skills * Familiar with equipment and processes of fabricating crystals/optics | |
