Responsibilities

As an integral member of the Business Information Systems Department, this position is primarily responsible for reviewing imaged documents for quality, indexing documents, performing quality assurance of documentation.

Essential Duties:

  • Process scanned documentation
    • Review documents for scan quality
    • Identify errors and/or missing documentation
    • Create and communicate exceptions
    • Index documents to be accessible in Synergy
    • Understand structure of Cabinets, Types and Indexes within Synergy
  • Utilize various systems and programs to improve efficiency (i.e. Silverlake, GroupWise, Microsoft Office, Synergy, and Scanner).
  • Cooperate with other members of the department to achieve department goals.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion.

Ancillary Duties:

Provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Business Information Systems Department and the bank in achieving their annual goals.


Qualifications

Education, Training, and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail as well as proven organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and work effectively under time constraints. Strong computer skills. Numerical and alphabetical aptitude.

Experience:

  • Prefer at least three to five (3-5) years of banking experience with an emphasis on Retail Banking/Deposit Accounts.
