Overview Inwood Property Management LLC is a leading student housing property management company dedicated to providing high-quality housing and resident services. We are seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of college housing operations around the U.S. The Regional Property Manager will supervise on-site operations teams and hold them responsible for developing asset budgeting, preparing and administering operations manuals, quality control, and resident communications activities. Responsibilities TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Regional Property Manager typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide oversight and leadership to on-site property management teams, ensuring efficient daily operations and resident satisfaction.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Providence, RI this ranges from $114,500.00 - $157,400.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
