Join the HJF Team! Take a leadership role in advancing injury prevention research with the groundbreaking PREVAIL study at the prestigious United States Military Academy, West Point. As the Clinical Research Manager, you'll play a vital part in managing the design, implementation, and execution of clinical research protocols focused on predictive injury evaluations in cadets. Your efforts will contribute to developing cutting-edge injury risk screening tools by integrating static (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis), dynamic (markerless gait analysis), and psychometric (resilience) assessments. In this role, you'll oversee patient recruitment, informed consent, and data collection, working closely with cadets and medical professionals. You'll collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, and researchers within the dynamic environment of Keller Army Community Hospital, home to the renowned John A. Feagin Jr. Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship and Army Baylor Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Fellowship. Your contributions will extend beyond the study as you mentor staff, manage data quality, and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
