1. Must be able to work closely with team members.
2. Must be good with hands.
3. Eye to hand coordination is a must.
4. Must be able to complete job duties in timely manner.
5. Ability to pay close attention to details.
6. Excellent attendance record.
7. Ability to work and make decisions with minimum supervision.
8. Overtime as required, including possible Saturday work as needed.
