The LDP Program will include a variety of training and project assignments that include working across product business units and functional groups at our manufacturing facilities and key locations. As an LDP, you will join us as a full-time employee from day one, working in a real job and delivering real results. LDPs will be introduced to OPW by spending the first week at our Global Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This introduction will set our Leadership Development Program employees up for success in navigating OPW, understanding the business and launching a great career. Upon completion of the first week, program participants will be placed within an OPW location where they will complete their first 12-month assignment, training and project. This will be followed by a second 12-month rotation with ongoing training and a final capstone project prior to graduation.
