The LDP Program will include a variety of training and project assignments that include working across product business units and functional groups at our manufacturing facilities and key locations. As an LDP, you will join us as a full-time employee from day one, working in a real job and delivering real results.

LDPs will be introduced to OPW by spending the first week at our Global Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This introduction will set our Leadership Development Program employees up for success in navigating OPW, understanding the business and launching a great career. Upon completion of the first week, program participants will be placed within an OPW location where they will complete their first 12-month assignment, training and project. This will be followed by a second 12-month rotation with ongoing training and a final capstone project prior to graduation. Available assignments and locations will be discussed prior to final placement.

    • Elon, NC(Minutes from Greensboro)
    • Bethelehem, PA
    • Northville, MI (Near Detroit, MI)
    • Novi, MI (Near Detroit, MI)
    • Green Bay, WI

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, master's degree graduates may be considered
  • Willing and able to relocate and travel
  • Must be a graduating senior or have graduated within the previous year
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required
  • Authorized to work in the US without additional corporate sponsorship

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and lead without authority

  • Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
