About the Role:
Join Yardi as an Associate Technical Account Manager and
play a vital role in supporting our clients' success with the VendorShield
product suite. You'll provide expert guidance, helping clients optimize their
use of VendorShield to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance. If
you're passionate about delivering exceptional client support and driving
results, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with
IT, Programming, and clients on product releases, software integrations,
updates, and system configurations - Provide advanced
end-user training, advise clients on best practices, and serve as their primary
point of contact for Vendor Compliance - Monitor and manage
accounts, conducting reviews to improve policies, procedures, and workflows
based on client needs - Research and
resolve software issues, escalating complex cases, and coordinating client
meetings as needed - Document activities
in CRM, act as a liaison to provide industry insights, and collaborate
internally to meet client needs and maintain service standards - Assist with
training Associate Account Managers and handle special projects related to
training and support
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience
and education - Five plus (5+) years of project or account management
experience preferably in property management or vendor compliance - Knowledge of software interfaces and/or configuration of
software interfaces - Familiarity with Client Relationship Management Software
(CRM) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and resolve client issues and
requests - Comfortable/confident presenting in front of Executive Level
clients - Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment - Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all
levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients - Client-centered commitment and focus
- Ability to travel ~10%

detail
