Description The Senior Technical Services Rep is a critical role accountable for growing and optimizing strategic customer relationships. A successful candidate in this position leverages our value proposition as a customer support role responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing technical expertise while proactively identifying issues and value creation opportunities, while maximizing customer satisfaction. This role partners cross functionally to streamline processes, solve problems, eliminate waste, reach cost savings objectives, enhance margin and profitability, and add value through improvements for business and customer. This position reports to the Director Sales - Packaging Texas and is located at our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The earning potential for this position is $93,840-$117,300 based on experience and book of business. This position is also eligible for [mileage reimbursement or company vehicle program]. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to actual sales, education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
