As a Technical Growth Manager at EXP, you will Identify and pursue new business opportunities with DoD and IC customers Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the defense and intelligence community Attend conferences, symposiums and industry days targeting the defense and intelligence community Forge partnerships and collaboration opportunities with other companies Leverage your technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Develop partnerships with internal technical experts to communicate EXP's road map and vision to potential customers Serve as a solutions architect, working closely with EXP engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs Support the development of white papers and proposals Work closely with EXP engineers to understand and use EXP capabilities Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the defense and IC sectors What you need to succeed An understanding of AI/ML vulnerabilities and their implications in the defense and intel communities and related experience with current/recent DoD and IC sensors A passion for technological innovations and connecting those technologies to business opportunities through capture and proposal management An interest in and deep understanding of Computer Vision, Image Processing and AI/ML and how it is applied in the defense and IC domain Experience presenting technical information to internal and external stakeholders A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university At least 8 years of relevant experience Proven business development experience within the DoD or Intelligence Community An active TS/SCI Clearance Required: TS/SCI Who is Expedition Technology?
