Lee Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Healthpark Medical Center! Whether you're an experienced CNA or a recent graduate, we want to meet you!

Were hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions with various shifts available:

• Day Shift (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
• Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Compensation:

• Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $16.07 - $18.75/hour
• Night Shift Differential: $2.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonuses:
• • $1,000 for new grads
  • $2,000 for experienced CNAs
  • $2,500 relocation bonus (if eligible)
  • $1,000 additional bonus for Full Time 3rd shift positions!

Required for Interview:

• Current active Florida CNA License (or active CNA license from another state in process of transferring to Florida)
• Proof of current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Provider Certification (expires no sooner than 90 days after the event)

Provides patient care duties under the guidance and direction of the nurse. Responsible for implementing components of the plan of care through the initiation/completion of procedures relating to basic human, mental health, social needs, comfort, safety and emergency measures; activities of daily living; personal care needs; nutrition and fluid and elimination needs. May have access to and transport non-controlled medications as directed.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of a State Approved, CNA Education Program required (with at least 120 hours of academic studies and clinical training; 165 hours preferred in Acute Care).

Experience: Previous CNA work experience preferred; or new graduate CNA with clinical training.

Certification: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.

License: Current Florida CNA Certification; or a CNA certification active in another state which is transferrable to obtain Florida certification under reciprocity.

Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology.
