Job Summary Manages data manipulation, extraction, and analysis from the division-wide database. Identifies potential donors and members, tracks their information, generates targeted lists, and supports all fundraising efforts. Oversees communication with donors, vendors and program members using relevant software tools. Essential Functions 40% - Oversees and managers data from the division-wide database for all fundraising operations 20% - Analyzes data and prepares reports using project management software to assess campaign timelines and strategic outcomes for development initiatives 20% - Provides professional support and guidance to team members in all fundraising activities 20% - Serves as a liaison with other administrators and external organizations for direct mail campaigns, car donations, and other fundraising initiatives Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in marketing, communications or related field and two years of experience assisting with and/or coordinating various fundraising campaigns and activities. OR An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered. Desired Qualifications A. Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications B. One (1) year or more experience working in a nonprofit organization C. Two (2) years or more experience working in a fast paced environment D. Three (3) years or more experience working with a customer relationship database system Special Working Conditions Travel to campus during interview/selection process will be at candidate's own expense. Will be required to travel or be assigned to all MCCCD locations. May require numerous evenings or weekends. May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen. May be required to lift or carry up to #25lbs.
