This position is located on Roi-Namur on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodations or pets). Benefits of this unique location include free housing, three meals a day and potential for overseas tax incentives.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for supporting property management and supply management activities as directed and needed by the Property & Supply Lead - Roi.
  • Performs any combination of the following tasks: receive, store, account for (inventory), and distribute equipment and material (stock).
  • Sorts and places materials on assigned racks, shelves, or in bin locations according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Drives vehicles/forklifts to transport stored items from warehouse to job site or to pick up items from several locations for shipment and processing.
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and transfers orders to packing delivery department.
  • Accurately records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
  • Opens packages to include but not limited to; drums, crates, and other containers, using hand tools.
  • Mark materials and assets with identifying information, using stencils, or other marking device.
  • Organize work efficiently.
  • Must be able to perform project inventory functions/requirements.
  • Maintain security for the safe storage of equipment and materials.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Ability to learn RGNext Management Operating System (Maximo): planning, day to day execution, monitor performance, communicate and optimize your organization.
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and publish metrics to measure the efficacy and efficiency for the department for Property, Supply and Logistics Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within multiple areas of complexity.
  • Team-oriented and can think critically and independently.
  • Understands and adheres to Safety and risk assessment concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge and experience within the Government System PIEE, DLA ETIDS.
  • Drives/operates vehicles to include but not limited to carts, forklifts and/or trucks.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years experience in warehouse, property management or supply experience.
  • Basic computer skills using Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain USAG-KA driver's license, specifically for each piece of equipment required for the job.
  • This position is unaccompanied.
  • Must be physically able to conduct various unaided range of motion movements to include bending, twisting and climbing 30 feet.
  • Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical agents.
  • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
  • Ability to work in high-humidity temperatures >82F (27.8C).
  • Ability to lift and push 40 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability and willingness to travel by water vessel and/or aircraft to multiple areas within the atoll for property management.
