  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to build a robust network of talent and partner with leaders as a trusted adviser and reliable expert. This role is responsible for strategically and proactively sourcing passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. The ideal candidate understands the external labor market conditions and leverages effective, economical, and appropriate sources and channels utilizing a variety of recruitment methods.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust talent pool through direct sourcing that yield a pipeline of qualified candidates to fulfill existing and future positions from entry-level through executive.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and talent partner to hiring managers and interview teams by communicating regularly on the status of candidates, process steps and details regarding assigned positions.
  • Manage the candidate process and experience end-to-end from resume review to offer negotiation and start date.
  • Establish working knowledge of the business, talent marketplace, and legal trends to ensure recruitment processes are consistent and compliant.
  • Build long term partnerships with external agencies, community partners, high schools, colleges and universities to form a strong talent pipeline.
  • Establish best practices and adopt new practices utilizing technology whenever possible to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of direct, high-volume recruitment experience
  • Ability to work onsite at our Bloomington, MN facility Monday through Friday
  • Experience recruiting in technical, engineering or manufacturing disciplines preferred
  • Experience utilizing Workday strongly preferred

Skills:

  • Familiarity with utilizing recruiting tools such as social media, resume databases and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Handshake etc.
  • Experience in both early-career and experienced hiring
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and work across functions and various levels of the organization
  • Negotiation skills

The estimated base salary range for the position is $80,000-$100,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
