Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Who You'll Work With
This leadership role resides within the Cyber Security organization and will act as the product owner for the firm's Zero Trust initiative, a transformative, multi-year effort to enhance security, enable innovation, and ensure compliance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, IAM, Networking, Data, Cloud, Risk, Legal, and IT Infrastructure to design, deliver, and iterate on scalable Zero Trust solutions. Your role will prioritize industry standards, user-centricity, business outcomes, and adaptability to evolving technologies like generative AI and multi-cloud environments.
Your impact within our firm
As the Principal Product Manager II, you will be responsible for, have oversight over, and lead the product lifecycle of Zero Trust initiatives, from vision and strategy to execution and iteration. You will ensure the initiative delivers measurable security, usability, and operational efficiency improvements while fostering innovation.
You will define the vision, mission, and product roadmap for the Zero Trust initiative, aligning with the firm's broader security and business goals. You will develop a strategic framework to balance security, usability, and compliance while supporting business agility.
Your qualifications and skills
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, identity-first security principles, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Experience with enabling technologies such as IAM (Okta, Azure AD), microsegmentation, cloud-native architectures, and insider risk management tools.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends like cybersecurity mesh architecture (CSMA) and AI-driven threat detection.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in aligning technology, security, and user experience with measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement feedback loops, iterate on policies, and balance competing priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
  • Strong focus on user-centricity, ensuring security policies and tools enhance, rather than hinder, productivity and agility.
