Desktop Technician - Inventory Specialist

Position: Desktop Support (Inventory Specialist)

Location: Owings Mills, MD - Fully Onsite

Description -
Overview:

• This department is a centralized shipping department, so the department physically receives inventory.
• This person will reconcile inventory, match records and receive equipment.
• Records Management/Customer Service - answering e-mails, connecting to site contacts about disposals, updating systems.
• While working from home, the main goal is to ensure that the team members and associates onsite are taken care of. They are also responsible for addressing any concerns or escalations, when appropriate.
• The ability to use a pallet jack (required) and a shrink wrap machine (the team will train on how to use).
• The ability to lift equipment Shipping and Receiving experience Inventory experience MS Office knowledge.
• Word (Correspondence/reports).
• Excel (creating and updating spreadsheets).
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail.

MUST HAVES:

1. Asset Management / Asset Tracking
2. ServiceNow for ticketing systems
3. Excel - To maintain spreadsheet
4. Inventory Management for Desktops, Peripherals, Accessories, PCs, etc.
