IBM Sterling OMS Support Lead.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of proven experience in Production Support and IBM Sterling OMS Admin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Retail domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day technical operations and support our team in delivering high-quality solutions.

The Role: Fulltime with Cognizant
  • Role: IBM Sterling OMS Support Lead.
  • Location: Rocklin - CA (Hybrid 4 days in office).
Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Work on incident management, organizational change, service request fulfilment.
  • Directly work with business on production issues.
  • Triage production issues with all relevant parties to quickly mitigate it by finding the initial root cause.
  • Do a detail RCA for the issue and come up with a perm fix or propose automation for workaround.
  • Work with offshore team on production issues and client asks.
  • Open JIRAs on for problem management by doing RCA on a type of issue and provide relevant information to the JIRA ticket.
  • Promptly respond to any ask from the client during the day.
  • Support the offshore team with any queries they may have in resolving issues.
Qualifications:
  • Possess extensive experience in Production Support and IBM Sterling OMS Admin.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management and Retail domains.
  • Show proficiency in system monitoring performance tuning and optimization techniques.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential system issues.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 3/2/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $66,000 to $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
