Job Description: Program Manager

Location: Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL

Security Clearance: Up to SECRET level clearance required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of contract management and program execution for our operations at NSWC PCD. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of management plans, ensure compliance with contract regulations, and foster effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement contract management plans that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contract administration, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals involved in the execution of program tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships and communications.
• Apply problem-solving skills to mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success.
• Monitor program progress, adjusting resources and timelines as necessary to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to program management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract or program management.
• Strong understanding of contract regulations and principles.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in program execution, monitoring, and control.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DoD contracts and security procedures.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
