Job Summary
Responsible for hardware and software support for various systems within Facilities Management. Includes configuration and maintenance of servers, computers, printers, biometric time clock, and other devices and systems. Supports multiple software systems, including work management software, timekeeping software, energy management system, mobile device management, and multiple database systems.
Minimum Education and Experience
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent IT certifications with 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution



  • MCSA Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022
  • Experience with administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server, server virtualization, supporting Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, providing Windows 7 - 11 technical support, setup, repair, and maintaining computer hardware and software in an Active Directory network environment, and project management.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server Operating Systems, and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Apple IOS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain department servers.


  • Setup, configure, maintain, and repair computers, printers, iPads, and associated devices.
  • Provide technical support to department staff for computer hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct research and directly interact with technology vendors to resolve problems and evaluate technical products for possible use in Facilities Management. Advise and recommend software and hardware for department use.
  • Work with various OIT departments to monitor and coordinate system security, performance, and upgrades for database, application, and security processes.
  • Create and manage user accounts in work order system and key database system. Manage user access to resources in Active Directory.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components. Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as servers, switches, computers, and peripherals. Ability to sit long periods of time operating computer systems.

CompTIAA A+ - 1 year of experience
MCSA - 1 year of experience
CCNA - 1 year of experience
