This client is seeking an experienced Software professional to join the team in a leadership capacity. There will still be some hands-on technical components, but core competencies include team management, technical architecture, and minimal coding. Description 4 Days on Site, 1 Day Remote AWS Shop so looking for someone who has that experience. Looking for someone to drive roadmap, architecture level, 3-4 year project and drive it start to finish** * Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to a cross-functional team of developers, both onshore and offshore. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in web application development processes and technologies. * Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Set clear goals and expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support for professional growth and development. * Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for web applications, from requirements gathering to deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. * Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in full-stack .NET development, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. * Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, business analysis, and quality assurance, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful project outcomes. Additional Skills & Qualifications A visionary' candidate with management experience, technical skills, and the ability to be inspiring and engaging Someone who can manage people, drive the technical roadmap and architecture, and take on large multi-year projects from start to finish A candidate with leadership and management experience, rather than extensive development experience Someone who can handle day-to-day tasks and present to executives on projects, acting as an 'extrovert' in the role Familiarity with tools like Incorta, TypeScript, and cloud platforms (specifically AWS) to convey technical knowledge to developers and drive training and release processes Preference for a candidate with React or Angular experience, but not necessarily deep coding skills. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
