TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Real Estate Quality Service Specialist opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution! REL Quality Service Specialist Job Description: * Main Job Function is to review the quality of the calls that Processors (and other business units) conduct with members for quality assurance purposes * To serve as internal consultant providing quality control and support for REL team members and Supervisors. * Monitor, document, and evaluate interactions across multiple media (e.g., phone calls, chat, eMessage, etc.) to determine service quality (e.g., completeness, accuracy, compliance, high value interactions etc.). * Analyze monitoring results and member journeys to deliver insights that streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the member experience. * To provide broad organizational support and respond to inquiries and requests from REL team members, Supervisors, and other internal customers. Desired Qualifications: * Mortgage experience - Mortgage Processing OR Equity Processing * Mortgage/Banking/Financial * Strong technical ability in navigating multiple systems * Ability to critically think and problem solve * Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills * Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, OneNote, PowerPoint. Additional Experience: * Member Service Experience * Verint experience * Ability to work independently with minimal assistance * Comfortable communicating and speaking up * Interested in assisting and supporting others-internal partners on their team and other teams * Receptive to constructive feedback * Self-Driven attitude- production based role * Time Management is Key Schedule: * HYBRID in Pensacola: 2 day per week/8 days per month * Typical Shift: 8am-4:30pm, needs to Flexible range: No earlier than 6am and no later than 6pm for respective time zone Pay: * 20/Hourly * Long Term Contract Qualified candidates apply here with your most updated resume!
