Job Details:

This position is for a summer Internship from May 2025 - August 2025

Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge and experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
• Learn about the contract negotiations process
• Research state and local laws and regulations and cross-check company policies for compliance
• Establish a process for extracting data from case management system to identify and share Employee Relations trends across the organization
• Contribute to the development of Labor Relations content into union new hire orientation

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or a related field, with a graduation date of August 2025 or later
