  Rapidly diagnose and analyze issues across structures, actuators, controllers, harnesses, sensors, and firmware to meet manufacturing takt time requirementReview clips and CAN data using CANAPE/PCAN Explorer, run robot routines, and debug electronics via scoping, soldering, and probingRecord issues, track trends, and report metrics to inform design improvementsInitiate repair requests with technicians to follow through the fixValidate repairs by running robot routines and build up the product service manual by documenting diagnosis and repair proceduresPerform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of hardware systemsUtilize debugging tools such as multimeters, soldering tools, and oscilloscopesCollaborate with design, manufacturing, and firmware engineering to implement improvementsMaintain accurate records and documentationWhat You'll Bring
 
  Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics, or equivalent experienceProven proficiency in product-level issue diagnosis and root-cause analysisHands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware systemsExperience with CAN, EtherCAT and Linux command line environmentsFamiliarity with debugging tools such as multimeters, soldering tools, and oscilloscopesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience with AI robotic systems, environmental factors, and user support is a plusCompensation and Benefits
