Donation Door Associate

The Donation Door Associate is responsible for accepting and processing donations from the public. This includes greeting donors, accepting donations, sorting and organizing items, and ensuring that the donation area is clean and organized. The Donation Door Associate will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to donors and answering any questions they may have about the donation process or the organization.

• Greet donors and accept donations
• Sort and organize donated items
• Ensure donation area is clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service to donors
• Answer questions about the donation process or the organization
• Assist with loading and unloading donations as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with donors and other staff members
